The ‘Ladder of Escalation’ refers to all the steps we can take from the invitation all the way through to the enrollment. It describes an information process. This process provides information to candidates in a manner that is permission-based and can be easily received by the candidate and duplicated by the Brand Ambassador. This process provides information that is escalated – the information to be sent for further consideration is of greater value than the information already received and reviewed.
